Sales Restrictions

Delivery Time and Method

Orders are typically delivered via Yamato Transport within 2 to 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays) after order confirmation. Delivery may take longer during peak ordering periods or around consecutive holidays. Shipping is strictly limited to addresses within Japan.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defective products or incorrect shipments. Please note that returns or exchanges for customer convenience cannot be accepted under any circumstances. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support desk via email within 7 days. We will provide instructions on the return and refund process after receiving your notification. Return shipping fees for items purchased on this site are to be borne by the customer. However, if the return is due to reasons attributable to our company, we will reimburse the return shipping fee.
